Marketing Coordinator

Wright Heerema Architects is currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator with professional service experience (preferably A|E|C) to join our team. We are actively seeking a self-motivated and creative professional with proven communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders supporting business development activities, as well as provide marketing support for the firm. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations to prospective clients
  • Create and update WHA marketing material such as bios, resumes, brochures and project case studies
  • Assist in the creation and assembly of impressive marketing materials and award submissions
  • Coordinate PR articles with our outside PR company.
  • Social Media expert - Update website/blog and social media (Instagram and Linkedin)
  • Research speaking engagement opportunities.
  • Maintain database of CRE contacts, organizations, sponsorship & events calendar
  • Support the WHA Special Events Committee with planning events for our team outings and client facing events.
  • Research target clients and industry trends
  • Support Administrator / Receptionist as needed.

Requirements

  • Positive, energetic and fun team player
  • Associates or higher degree in Marketing, Journalism or related field
  • Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator in the A/E/C industry a plus
  • Strong Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Outlook and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator)
  • Strong editing and proofreading abilities a must
  • Experience with MailChimp and website content (CMS) a plus
