Wright Heerema Architects designed every square foot of CNH Industrial's headquarters with purpose, offering over 1,300 seats across nearly three floors for CNH's team.

The hybrid workplace was developed with the needs and desires of the world-class capital goods company in mind. We prioritized interactive spaces, providing open areas for face-to-face discussion. Simultaneously, we've ensured enclosed spaces are available for heightened focus or remote collaboration when needed, while also offering alternative spots for employees to socialize and work effectively.

We seamlessly merged aesthetics and functionality to enhance the office for CNH’s team. Integrated amenities and advanced technology are woven throughout the floorplan, and act as the connecting agent between home offices and corporate office.

WHA served as architect for both the landlord, EQ Exeter, enhancing leasing enticement, and the tenant, CNH, facilitating their improvement design. This collaborative effort delivers a versatile, dynamic environment, empowering CNH employees to thrive in their environment and boosting leasing appeal for EQ Exeter’s tenants.
