PCMI expanded into a 30,000-square-foot office at O’Hare Plaza as part of a new lease, creating an opportunity to upgrade its workplace, incorporate company branding, improve the client experience, and provide more spaces for collaboration. The goal was to make a stronger impression on clients while reinforcing to employees that their workplace experience matters.

The office accommodates 88 workstations, 12 private offices, meeting and training rooms, phone rooms, collaborative areas, a café, and reception seating.

The design features a bright, clean, and contemporary aesthetic, with the project focused on interior improvements that build on the existing architecture.

WHA delivered a refreshed workplace that reflects PCMI’s brand, supports collaboration, and provides employees with an environment they can feel proud to work in.
