The luxury apartments are approximately 130,000 SF with 330 shared parking spaces with the adjoining hotel. Subterranean parking extends lot line to lot line while the hotel and apartments are set back 20’ to utilize every bit of the site's developable area. The design relates to the context of Vail Village with real materials and small scale intimate spaces that are contemporary and clean in their simplicity.
