Four40 is a contemporary 40-story tower in Chicago's West Loop. WHA's repositioning strategy proved to be a success by helping to retain existing tenant leases while dramatically improving the building's marketability.

Wright Heerema Architects designed a vibrant and innovative amenity floor at Four40. is home to an expansive Wi-Fi lounge with a balcony and canopy with stunning city views and outdoor seating. The 25,000 SF Wi-Fi lounge doubles as rentable event space and is equipped with the latest AV technology. A full service cafeteria, Fourk, includes seven food stations and a full service coffee bar. The expansive conference room provides meeting space for both tenants and renters. Each space is designed to be multi-functional and easily transformable for various occasions.
